NO-BODY
Una serie di corpi senza identità a vantaggio del tessuto che li ricopre, con il suo colore, la sua struttura e le sue pieghe. Il lenzuolo interviene come un elemento rivelatore che ricopre ma espone allo stesso tempo, adattandosi alla figura come una seconda pelle.
Si crea un gioco di presenza/assenza, apparizione/scomparsa, interno/esterno. Il corpo è là, più o meno percepibile e fantasma. L'occultamento è simbolo di mistero e fantasia, ma anche di soffocamento e morte.
Il colore blu è metafora della notte, letta e interpretata nell’accezione personale del termine: il buio può riportare in un incubo le paure inconsce e ataviche, ma anche quelle reali, oppure ad un sogno etereo e lieve che conduce ad un dolce risveglio.
Queste immagini rappresentano la porta del nostro inconscio, delle nostre fantasie nascoste, ma anche una libertà vulnerabile e minacciata.
NO-BODY
These pictures show an image of vulnerable and threatened freedom.
These covered bodies lose their visual identity for the benefit of the tissue that covers them, with its color, its structure and its folds. A game of presence/absence, appearance/ disappearance, internal/ external is so created.
The body is there, more or less detectable and phantom. Hiding is a form of mystery, imagination or frustration.
Nevertheless the tissue also intervenes as a revealing element, because it' s "him" that' s exposed, "him" that covers all, " him" that' twisted and that fits the element as a second skin.
The color blue is also a metaphor of the night read and interpreted by the viewer of the image , in the sense of the term. The darkness that brings unconscious and slight dream leading to a sweet awakening.
